In accordance with the provisions of 40 CFR 763.93 (e) (10) of the Federal AHERA Law, notice is hereby given of the availability of the Management Plan. The semi-annual surveillances have been performed and the results are included in the Management Plan. Any response action(s) taken in the past year are also part of this document. This document is available for inspection in the custodian offices in each school building.
